Creating the First Fragrance Sample
Our expert perfumers then create the initial fragrance sample based on your input. This first version allows you to experience the scent’s top, middle, and base notes. You can test it on skin or blotters to evaluate longevity, projection, and balance. After reviewing your feedback, we refine the formula to achieve the perfect harmony of notes, performance, and character. This stage ensures your final perfume smells exactly how you imagined.
Sample Evaluation and Adjustments
Once the first fragrance sample is ready, we conduct internal and client evaluations. Our team checks the scent quality, stability, and performance over time, while you test how it fits your brand and audience. We make any adjustments required — such as modifying the strength, sweetness, or freshness — until you are completely satisfied with the fragrance. Only after your full approval do we move to the final product sample stage.
Building the Complete Product Sample
After the fragrance formula is approved, we prepare the final product sample — a complete representation of your perfume as it will appear in the market. This includes the filled bottle, decorated packaging, labeling, and cap finishing, exactly as planned for mass production. This sample helps you review every element — design, color, scent, and presentation — ensuring the finished product meets your brand standards.
Pre-Production Approval Before Large-Scale Manufacturing
The final sample serves as your master reference before full production begins. Once you confirm the sample meets your expectations, we proceed with the bulk manufacturing of the same formulation and packaging specifications. This step eliminates risk and guarantees that every unit in your production run matches the approved final sample.
