Custom Fragrance Creation
- We create unique fragrances tailored to your brief
- We specialize in Extrait de Parfum, Eau de Parfum, Eau de Toilette, Hair Mist, Body Mist, and Home Fragrances.
- Oil-based concentrated perfume formulations are also available.
- We offer 10ml, 30ml, 50ml, 75ml, 100ml or 125ml bottles (as per your requirements).
Packaging & Branding Support
- A wide range of premium bottles, caps, sprayers, and custom finishes (coating, silk screen, hot stamping, metallization, engraving).
- Box designs include rigid boxes, magnetic closures, sleeves, and full branding customizations.
- We provide mockups and 3D renders before production for approval.
We usually take design concepts or references shared by our clients (for example, ideas or bottle designs available online). Based on that, we customize the final look including the finish, color, coating, logo printing, and hot stamping. Since each project is made to fit the client’s unique concept, we do not keep standard catalogs.
Full-Service Manufacturing
- From fragrance development to filling, capping, labeling, and final packaging, all under one roof.
- We also provide all regulatory documentation required for international compliance.
Sampling & Prototyping
- $3000 advance: We begin preparing the fragrance samples.
- After the fragrance is approved, we move to packaging design and finalize the bottle, cap, and finishing details.
- We then create packaging samples and a complete product prototype, including the final fragrance, bottle, and box. These samples are sent to you for review and approval before we begin bulk production.
Global Shipping
- We export globally in partnership with trusted logistics providers such as DHL, ensuring reliable and efficient delivery to any destination.
Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ)
- First Order MOQ: 1,500 units per fragrance (or 1,000 units if you produce three products or more).
- Below 50ml MOQ: 5,000 units per fragrance (adjustable depending on your total variations and overall quantity).
- Standard MOQ : 5,000 units per SKU (already reduced to 1,500 to support starting with lower trial production).
- Attar MOQ: 5,000 units per fragrance (available in 12ml, 10ml, 6ml, 3ml, or 2ml, depending on the size).
- Pricing: Depending on the fragrance type, bottle design, and packaging complexity.
- For a fully custom bottle shape with a new mold, the minimum order quantity is 20,000 pieces. Alternatively, you can produce the custom bottle with your own supplier and provide the bottles to us for filling and final production.
Note: Pricing will be provided after fragrance selection, packaging customization, and project scope confirmation.

- Production timeline: 20–30 working days (if all components are ready)
- If components require sourcing/customization, timeline may extend to 1–3 months

Our Manufacturing Process
To ensure a smooth and transparent workflow, we follow a structured step-by-step process:
1. Project Understanding & Brand Background
We begin by collecting details about your business background, target market, brand positioning, and project goals. This helps us guide you correctly and ensure that every aspect of the development aligns with your vision.
2. Fragrance Development
Once we understand your requirements, we begin discussing your preferred fragrance direction, inspirations, and olfactory profile. After finalizing the fragrance brief, we prepare your sample options.
3. Fragrance Sampling
Upon receiving the advance ($3000), we prepare and ship your fragrance sample options for testing and evaluation.
4. Components Selection (Post Sample Approval)
After you approve the fragrance, we proceed with selecting components such as bottle type, cap, sprayer, and desired finishes (coating, metallization, color, texture, etc.).
5. Packaging Concept & Design
Once the components are chosen, we finalize the packaging concept. Our team then begins designing your box packaging, labels, artwork, and branding elements.
6. Prototype Production
These include your final fragrance, selected bottle, cap, finishings, and packaging. Prototypes are shipped to you for final approval before bulk production.
7. Bulk Production
(100% Payment Before Production Start) Once you approve the prototype and complete the remaining payment, we begin full-scale production. Testers can also be produced at this stage if required.
8. Final Packaging
Once approved, we complete bottle filling, crimping, labeling, and full assembly. Each unit is checked to ensure a clean, premium finish before dispatch.
9. Shipping & Logistics
After packaging, we manage order dispatch and coordinate shipping to your destination. We ensure safe handling, proper documentation, and timely delivery.
